How do I verify my Bank account

Once you have verified your identity and residence address, you will have an option to add your Bank account information for our team to verify it. 

• Login to your Chumba  account
• Click on the burger menu in the top right corner of the screen (three white lines)
• Select REDEEM button
• On the Redemptions page, click on the "Add bank account" link. You will be asked to fill in the form with your Bank account information. 
• Please ensure you select the correct Account type: Savings or Checking 

Please note that you would also need to upload a bank statement showing: 

• Bank name
• Date of issue
• Account owner name (Your name)
• Bank account number
• Clearing number

The document must be:

• Perfectly legible
• Dated within the last 3 months
• In your name

If you will be nominating a joint account for redemption, kindly make sure that your name is listed as the main account holder.
