Experiencing issues whilst trying to submit your documents via Netverify?
This can be caused by a handful of different things, however, the type of browser and device you are using tend to be the most common culprits.
Unfortunately, not all devices or internet browsers are compatible when uploading documents via Netverify, as part of the verification process
If you’re using a computer, (desktop or laptop), please use one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
If you are using a mobile device (cell phone or tablet), please do not use any of the below browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Samsung Internet
- Apple Safari
