How long will it take for my account to be verified?

Once you have submitted all of the required information, the process to verify your account will take between 24-48 hours. 

We look to process all account verification requests as quickly as possible.

The above timeframe is dependent on all submitted documents adhering to the required criteria

To avoid any delays in your account verification process, please ensure you are providing the correct documentation. 

Do make sure your documentation is: 

• Photo ID Document must have an expiry date and be valid at the time of submission.
• Front and back images must belong to the same ID card
• The ID must not be damaged
• Accepted file formats: pdf, jpeg, jpg, png
• The maximum file size is 25MB

   

The verification process will begin once we have received all the required documentation from you - you will receive a notification via email of your account verification status upon successful completion of the process. 

You can also check the "ACCOUNT VERIFICATION" screen to easily access your verification status.
