To kickstart the verification process, follow the steps below:
You will need to be signed in to verify your account.
There are a couple of ways where you can access the Account Verification screen:
1. Click on the Menu icon (three white lines) in the top right corner of your screen.
There you’ll be able to click the REDEEM button or click the ACCOUNT VERIFICATION button in the side menu.
You will see the Redeem button with a lock indicating that your account is still NOT VERIFIED.
2. You’ll land on the Account Verification screen. Proceed to follow the instructions that you are given.
You would need to check all tick boxes to START the Verification process.
3. Once you begin the verification process, you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to upload your Photo ID with Netverify - the industry-leading verification software that allows us to confirm your identity in real-time.

Some tips to remember when submitting your documents for verification:

After you’ve successfully submitted your documents, our team will conduct a review and contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification.
You can easily view your verification status via the ACCOUNT VERIFICATION screen.
Once your account has been successfully verified, you will receive a success email and the ACCOUNT VERIFICATION screen will show your Account Verification status as follow:
Should our team find any issues with your submissions, we will reach out to your registered e-mail address with details and guidelines for a resolution. If our NetVerify system detects an error with your submission, it will tell you the reason and steps you can take to fix it.
While waiting for your account to be fully verified, you will find the Redeem button has a timer. This indicates that your verification is still pending. You will be able to redeem once your Account has been successfully verified.
As soon as your account verification is completed and successful, the Redeem button should reflect a green tick, which means you can now submit redemption requests. Our team will also reach out to you via your registered e-mail address to let you know you are successfully verified.
