In order to verify your identity, we will require you to submit the following documents:
- A government-issued Identification document
- A “Selfie” (Take a picture of yourself)

We highly recommend submitting a Driver’s License which includes your current residential address to fast-track your verification process.
If you don’t have this available, we will require proof of residential address.
When verifying your account, please ensure you have at least one of these documents on hand.

Tips For Taking Photos
- Ensure all photos are in focus.
- Avoid using the flash setting on your camera, this can make some areas too bright and unreadable.
- Preview the photos before you send them. Make sure you can clearly read all the information.
- Do not have any filters set on your camera.

Notes on Submitting Documents
Some tips to remember when submitting your documents for verification:
- The document should be entirely visible, including all four corners, and must show your full name and current residential address and its date of issue.
- Documents must not be modified or tampered with in any way.
- Do not write on, draw on or make any alterations to your documents.
- Maximum file size for any single attachment is 25MB.

Please ensure the document you choose meets all of the criteria below:
- Photo ID Document must have an expiry date and be valid at the time of submission.
- Front and back images must belong to the same ID card
- The ID must not be damaged
- Clearly readable
- Accepted file formats: pdf, jpeg, jpg, png
- The maximum file size is 25MB

Make sure that your identification document is valid, not expired, and that the photograph of yourself, is both clear, recent, and within the square of your camera, not from the side or at an angle.
