I would like to limit my gameplay. How can I do that?

We offer a range of responsible gameplay tools to allow you to always be in control of your gameplay - these tools or limitations. 

You may set these up from the Casino Lobby: 

• Click the burger menu button on the upper right corner of the screen:

• Click on "Responsible Social Gameplay" on the options; then select "Gameplay Limits".

• More information on Purchase Limits and how it works is available when clicking the    icon on the "Gameplay Limits" page. 

Currently, only the option to set up a "Purchase Limit" is available in the Casino Lobby. Should you wish to set up Daily Time Limit or Maximum Play Amount Limit on your account, you may send us a request through this online contact form. 

- Maximum Purchase Limit

The maximum amount you can spend on purchases within a specific time frame. You may select limits that are:

• 1 Day
• 7 Days
• 30 Days

NOTE:

• You may set and activate all purchase limit durations on your account at the same time (eg. a $100 1-day limit,  a $500 7-day purchase limit, and a $1000 30-day limit), however, be advised that it is always the STRICTEST limit within a certain period of time that is being enforced or implemented in terms of purchase limitations.
• Your purchase limit can be adjusted or removed at any time. A decrease in the limit amount will have an immediate effect. In contrast, an increase to the limit or removal of the limit amount will take effect following a 72-hour cooling period.

- Daily Time Limit

This allows you to set a limit on the amount of time you are logged into your account, up to a maximum of 10 hours per day. Once the limit is reached you will be logged out until the next day. You may select limits that are:

• 30 minutes
• 1 hour
• 2 hours
• 3 hours
• 4 hours
• 6 hours
• 8 hours
• 10 hours

NOTE: The play limit timer starts from the time the account is logged in and stops at the time the account is logged out.

- Maximum Play Amount Limit

This is the maximum amount that you will be able to play, within a specific time frame. You may select limits that are:

• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
