Self-exclusion
This responsible social gameplay tool allows you to suspend your account for a longer time period. During this period you will not be able to access your account. You will need to select the available time period options which are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and Indefinite. For this option, you may apply the restrictions by accessing the "Access Restrictions" option under the Responsible Social Gameplay tool on the menu from the Chumba Casino lobby.
It is important to note, should you wish to reactivate your account after an indefinite self-exclusion has been applied, you will need to contact our customer support team through the following form: Request support
IMPORTANT: A request to revoke an indefinite self-exclusion will only be possible once a minimum of 6 months have passed. A 7-day cooling period will be applied before the account is reactivated.
We will notify you by email once we have actioned your self-exclusion request.
Please bear in mind, whilst your self-exclusion is active, you will have no access to the Chumba Casino platform, this includes marketing emails, news, and updates. If in this period of time, you require your account history or details, you will need to contact our customer support team.

Taking a Break
This feature is also accessible through the Responsible Social Gameplay Tools option under the "Access Restrictions" on the Chumba Casino Lobby. Applying a Take a Break period on the account allows you to take a short break from gameplay. During this time you will not be able to access your account.
In contrast to the Self-Exclusion option, Taking a Break’s available time period options are 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
IMPORTANT: It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the chosen period ends.
