How can I update my home address?

You can update your home address by accessing the Account Verification screen via the side menu. Simply click the "Menu" icon in the top right corner of your screen (three white lines) and the side menu panel will open as follow. Click on "Account Verification".

Once you’re in the Account Verification screen, click on “Update Address”; this will redirect you to a form where you can fill in your new residential address and upload a document with your full name and your new residential address.

Guidelines on which documents are required to prove your residential address can be found below.

Your Proof of Address can be any of the following:

• Utility Bill
• Government-issued documents & correspondence
• Statement or Reference letter from financial institution (including Prepaid Bank Statements)
• Payslip or Salary Statement
• Notarized Lease Agreement
• Insurance document

The document must:

• Clearly readable
• Issued within the last 6 months
• Displays your full name, address, and date of issue
• Documents must contain a full current residential address (no PO Box numbers)
• Maximum file size is 25MB
• Accepted file formats: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png
