Your physical card will be sent by mail to the address you have provided during enrollment, arriving 7 - 10 days after the initial sign-up process is completed. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE EXPIRATION DATE ON MY CHUMBA PREPAID MASTERCARD PASSES?

WHY WAS MY CHUMBA PREPAID MASTERCARD DECLINED?
Purchases with the Chumba Prepaid Mastercard® may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance at https://my.chumbacard.com. If you are purchasing online, a website must take more than one form of payment if the purchase exceeds the balance on the card. For transactions made over the phone or online, you will need to ensure that you use the billing address that matches your Chumba Casino account when making the purchase. |
