Chumba Casino is committed to promoting a healthy and balanced approach to your gameplay, ensuring it remains a source of fun and entertainment.
At the forefront of this approach is the use of SELF-EXCLUSION — a proactive measure empowering you to suspend your account for a longer period should you ever feel that you may be starting to lose control of your gameplay.
How does Self-Exclusion work?
Chumba Casino’s Self-Exclusion is a responsible social gameplay tool that allows you to suspend your account for a minimum period of 6 months or more.
You can choose the following periods:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 3 year
- 5 year
- Indefinite
IMPORTANT: Please note that Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days. Therefore, we strongly recommend you redeem any redeemable Sweep Coins balance on your account before setting a Self-Exclusion restriction.
While your Self-Exclusion is Active, you will NOT be able to:

Once you choose a period that suits your needs, you will be immediately logged out of your Account and your Self-Exclusion will be set as Active and it will NOT BE POSSIBLE to reactivate your account until the Self-Exclusion period ends.
You can apply a Self-Exclusion to your account by accessing the "Access Restrictions" option under the Responsible Social Gameplay tool on the menu () from the Chumba Casino lobby.
Detailed information can also be found on our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy which can be accessed via this link.
Should you require assistance applying access restrictions or reactivating your account, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support team through this contact form.
Indefinite Self-Exclusion
Should you wish to self-exclude your Chumba Casino account indefinitely, a minimum of 6 months must pass before the account can be reactivated.
Kindly note that as stated in the Chumba Casino Terms and Conditions Section 5.15, the request to revoke an Indefinite Self-exclusion will be evaluated and the reactivation of your account is not automatic.
If your request to reopen your account is approved, a 7-day cooling period will apply before the account is automatically reactivated.
NOTE: If gameplay may have caused a negative impact on your mental health, finances, or relationship with friends or family, we suggest exploring the help and support services offered by Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA) as well as seeking credit counseling from the Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA) or the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC).
IMPORTANT: Please note these organizations are independent support services and are NOT in any way affiliated with Chumba Casino. They do NOT provide customer support or dispute resolution services.
