There are times our computer, or the actual website we try to access suddenly becomes unresponsive. Even if we try to refresh the page or click anywhere, it just gets stuck on the page and nothing happens.
Especially when you are in the middle of doing Bank Verification where you are filling out the details.
If you encounter this situation, we recommend you close your browser and wait between 30 minutes to an hour before returning to "Bank Details" under "My Account" in the Account Menu. Once you do, you should be able to resume from the last page you accessed.
