Here’s a quick guide to help you with resolving issues during the Login Verification via Phone/SMS and being unable to access your account:
Receiving Login Verification code via Phone/SMS:
1. Check your Mobile Network Connection:
- Ensure your phone has a stable network connection. Poor network coverage can lead to delays or failure in receiving OTPs (One-Time Passwords).
2. Verify your Mobile Number:
- Double-check that the mobile number registered with the service is correct. Errors in the number entry can result in codes being sent to the wrong destination.
3. Resend the Login Verification code:
- Occasionally, Login Verification code delivery can be delayed, and resending might resolve the issue. Wait a few minutes and try again by tapping/clicking the “Request new code” button.
4. Check your message filters:
- Verify that OTP (One-Time Password) messages are not being filtered as spam or blocked by your phone's settings. Check your phone setting or mobile carrier settings and ensure that these messages are not being blocked or blacklisted.
5. Try the Alternative Login Verification method via Email:
- The Login Verification code can be sent via these two (2) options: Email or SMS. You will receive the code on either of the two - depending on the option you choose when you sign in.
If you are having issues getting past the Login Verification via Phone/SMS, you may also opt to send the Login Verification code via your registered email address.
