You can now adjust or make changes to your Gold Coins Purchase Limit through the Chumba Casino Lobby by following these easy steps:
Adjusting your Purchase Limit
- Click the burger menu button on the upper right corner of the screen:
- On the "Responsible Social Gameplay" options; select "Gameplay Limits".
- Click on the pencil icon (
) to modify your Purchase Limit, then click on "Edit Limit".
- You may either increase or decrease your purchase limit amount and then click on "Continue". You will then be required to acknowledge the changes you wish to make to the Purchase limit by clicking on "Yes, I am sure." before it gets applied immediately (decrease) or saved as pending (a 72-hour cooling-off period will be applied should you wish to increase the limit amount).
- Once the changes are acknowledged, if you DECREASED the amount, the changes shall take effect immediately. If you INCREASED the amount, a notification with the date and time details of when the changes are to be applied will be displayed.
Removing your Purchase Limit
- Through the Gameplay Limits option under the Responsible Social Gameplay section, click on the pencil icon (
) to remove your Purchase Limit, then click on "Remove Limit".
- You will then be required to acknowledge the removal of the Purchase limit by clicking on "Yes, I am sure." before it gets saved as pending (a 72-hour cooling-off period will be applied before it gets completely removed from the account).
- Once the removal request is acknowledged, a note with the date and time details of when the changes are to be applied will be displayed.
Currently, only the options to set up, adjust and remove a "Purchase Limit" are available in the Casino Lobby. Should you wish to set up Daily Time Limit or Maximum Play Amount Limit on your account, please send us a request through this online contact form.
If you feel like your gameplay may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic, you may take advantage of the available Access Control Tools, such as Take a Break or Self-Exclusion.
