You may now easily update your bank details by following the steps below:
- Login to your Chumba Casino account.
- On the upper right-hand corner of the screen click the “MENU” button or the Hamburger icon.
- Click the “BANK DETAILS” option.
- Select “UPDATE BANK ACCOUNT” then click “Continue”.
- You will then be asked to choose whether to link your new bank account automatically via Yodlee or manually by uploading your banking details.

- Automatically linking your bank account would allow you to directly link your Chumba Casino account to your bank’s online banking website to log in and validate your banking information without having to upload a document showing your bank details.

- Manually linking it, on the other hand, would require you to fill out your Banking details manually and upload a valid document with your banking details, which will be verified by our support team.
If you have selected to manually verify your newly nominated bank account (Savings or Checking accounts only), please note that you would also need to re-upload one of the following documents:
- Bank Statement
- Bank Certificate
- Direct Deposit Form
- Voided Cheque
These documents must clearly show the following details:
- Bank name
- Date of issue
- Account owner name (Your name)
- Bank account number
- Clearing number
The document must be:
- No more than 6 months old
- Formatted as a pdf, jpeg, jpg, or png
- No larger than 25Mb
- Details are clearly visible
- Perfectly legible
- In your name
If you will be nominating a joint account for redemption, kindly make sure that your name is listed as the main account holder.
