To cancel your prize redemption request, please follow the steps below:
You must be signed in to complete this action.
1. From the Chumba Casino home page, click on the three white lines (Menu Button) on the top right-hand corner of your screen
2. From the menu, select “REDEEM”
3. On the Pending Redemptions section, you need to select the redemption request they wish to cancel and click on the “CANCEL” button.
4. You will then be prompted to confirm the action, to do so, click on “Cancel it”
Your Sweeps Coins will be returned to your account immediately and a confirmation email detailing this cancelation will be sent to you.
This canceled redemption request will now be shown on the Account History>> Redemption tab.
Please remember that you will only be able to see the status of prize redemptions for the last two weeks, if you need history from an earlier date, please contact us here.
