How do I redeem my prize?

If you would like to redeem your prizes, follow the step-by-step guide below:

To redeem prizes - your account must be fully verified first. It means, you have done the account verification, as well as nominated a bank account for your redemption.

How do I know if I need to verify my account? 

You’ll notice the Redeem button will have different icons in the side menu:

If your account is already verified:

1. Click on the "REDEEM" button, next to the BUY button in red:

2. You will now be able to see your SC available balance and select how you would like to redeem your prize

You can choose to redeem your prize in the form of a:

• Gift Cards
• Cash
